With the help of Rittikar sir and the supervision of the institute, I did MA and I want to emphasize that I was able to teach Sanskrit subject in the school by doing Sanskrit, cultural department, field trips, educational sports competitions, various programs held in the school, social gatherings, many educational camps etc. and I learned a lot from this. When I came into the lively atmosphere of the school, I felt as if I had been revived. Today many students are working in various fields like doctors, engineers, lawyers, CA. When these children suddenly meet, the respect, love in their eyes, the joy of meeting on their faces fills the heart with pride. Gratitude flows. It feels like life has been worthwhile, there can be no other greater reward than this, it feels like it was made for this. That's a lot to say. But we have to stop somewhere. In the end, the only request is to ask the Lord that my school and institution should flourish like this. May her fame continue to grow. Thank you!

Even though words may fall short to describe schools, institutions, but still, I firmly believe schools are temples of knowledge. In this temples of knowledge, values, humanity's lamp is kept burning, emphasizing the need for human resources endowed with qualities like sacrifice, dedication, responsibility, intelligence, authenticity, etc., for the development of the nation and society. Today, in Miraj, a prestigious Adarsh Shikshan Mandir (Sec.) has been established, which has created such human resources from all walks of life. Through various programs in every educational field, this organization has undertaken the noble task of imparting life values. The Adarsh Shikshan Mandir is led by women, and it is the first school in Sangli district to have an English-medium section. It is my fortune to have joined as a teacher in this school. While working here, I have received invaluable guidance from all the leaders and officials of the organization, inspiring me with their thoughts to continue my work. The memories of late Ma. Usha tai, Ma. Nalu tai, along with others, serve as a guiding light. Also, the invaluable guidance and support of Ma. Vinitatai, Ma. Vinatai, Ma. Jyotitai, Ma. Hematai have been instrumental. Today, witnessing the enthusiastic efforts of the new generation of leaders and officials, I am immensely impressed by the progress made by the organization.
